Heating and air conditioning system:

Heating requirements vary significantly throughout the day and night depending on ambient temperature and how the space is occupied. This can be further complicated by the varying needs of different rooms, as well as the opening or closing of different circuits in more complex systems.
In most installations, provided they are properly sized, the use of electronic submersible pumps ensures sufficient power combined with reduced noise emissions, increased comfort, and a significant reduction in operating costs.
EVOPLUS electronic circulators are also suitable for HVAC systems where the temperature of the pumped fluid is lower than the ambient temperature. In such cases, condensation tends to form on the circulator’s exterior surface without compromising the operation of the electronic and mechanical components. The unit is designed and sized to allow condensation to drain away without damaging the structure.
Easy to use and equipped with an intuitive control panel featuring a display that constantly shows the selected mode, EVOPLUS circulators can operate in three different control

modes. The circulators are delivered ready for installation with the described functions. Additional remote control and
remote signaling functions are available with optional modules.

Technical data:

  • Operating range: 2 to 12 m³ for head heights up to 11 meters.
  • Fluid temperature range: -10 °C to +110 °C.
  • Pumped fluid: clean, free of solid contaminants and mineral oils, non-viscous, chemically neutral, with properties similar to water (max. glycol content 30%).
  • Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar (1600 kPa).
  • Standard flanges: DN 32, DN 40, PN 6 / PN 10 / PN 16
  • Minimum suction pressure: values in the corresponding tables.
  • Electromagnetic compatibility: EVOPLUS circulators comply with EN 61800-3, Category C2 for electromagnetic compatibility.
  • Electromagnetic emissions: residential environments (containment measures may be necessary in some cases).
  • Directed emissions: residential environments (mitigation measures may be necessary in some cases).

Operating modes:

All functions listed below can be accessed by all users (regardless of their level of expertise) simply by scrolling through the EVOPLUS menu.
Calibration and parameter adjustment are protected and reserved for experienced users. The control mode of the EVOPLUS range is factory-set to a pressure proportional to the curve, ensuring the best energy efficiency index (EEI).

The energy-efficient circulators are equipped with permanent magnet motors.
They are guaranteed to operate with clean water, free of circulating metal particles.
The installation of sedimentation tanks is recommended.
