Functional characteristics:

  • Working pressure 4 bar (for higher pressures, see CE 10 bar range)
  • Test pressure 6 bar
  • Operating temperature -10°C / +99°C
  • Pre-inflated to 0.5 bar (4 to 8 liters) and 1 bar (12 to 25 liters)
  • Capacity 4 to 25 liters depending on model
  • For heating and air conditioning.

Construction:

  • Red lacquered steel body
  • 3/4" male steel connection
  • SBR diaphragm according to DIN 4807

Installation:

Bypass on the circuit, if possible on the return, without any shut-off device between the circuit and the vessel.

Essential precaution: the installation of a closed expansion tank in a heating or air conditioning system must always be accompanied by the installation of a suitable safety valve. See valves
