Lockable wide-range flange adapter for PVC / polyethylene / steel / cast iron pipes

Application:

Wide-range locking flange adapter with self-centering feature for connecting water distribution and supply networks, irrigation, and drinking water systems.
Includes a steel locking ring.
Can be installed on pipes without removing the fitting. Wide-range
model allowing adaptation to a wide range of diameters with a single fitting.

  • Water distribution and supply networks
  • Minimum and maximum permissible temperature Ts: +0°C to +60°C
  • Maximum allowable pressure Ps: 16 bar up to DN200, 10 bar above

  • Blue epoxy paint (RAL 5015), 250μm thick

Construction:

  • Connection: PN10/16 flanges
  • Max. pressure: 16 bar up to DN200, 10 bar above
  • Material: Cast iron EN GJS-500-7

  • Leak testing in accordance with EN 12266-1
