Application:

Locked flange adapter for connecting water distribution and supply networks, irrigation, and drinking water systems.
Features a support flange for mounting wafer valves.
Can be installed on pipes without removing the fitting.
Includes a brass self-locking ring.

  • With support flange (except Ø63, 75, 125, 140, and 250)
  • With self-locking brass ring
  • Corrosion-resistant fasteners coated with Geomet 500 Grade B
  • Blue epoxy paint (RAL 5017), 250μm thick

Construction:

  • Connection: PN10/16 flanges
  • Max. pressure: 16 bar up to DN200, 10 bar above
  • Material: Cast iron EN GJS-500-7

Standardization:

  • ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer
  • Directive 2014/68/EU: Products excluded from the directive (Article 1, § 2.b)
  • Construction in accordance with EN 14525
  • Flanges in accordance with EN 1092-2 PN10-16 and ISO 7005-2
  • A.C.S. Sanitary Conformity Certificate No. 18 ACC LY 203 for DN50 to DN315
  • WRAS certification for drinking water
