Stainless Steel Domestic Hot Water Storage Tanks

Function:

Production and storage of domestic hot water for residential or industrial applications.

Stainless steel suitable for drinking water. Heat
exchange is provided by a single fixed stainless steel coil. 150 to
500 L models: Unclassified injected
polyurethane insulation with low thermal
conductivity. 800 to 2000 L models: Polyester
fiber with low thermal conductivity, unclassified.
The outer casing is made of gray PVC.
Drainage via a drain plug. Stainless steel
nozzle plate and food-grade gasket.

Available in nominal capacities from 200 to 2000 liters: 316L stainless steel heat exchanger

Technical specifications for the heat exchanger:

The parameters are as follows:
1) Primary temperature at the tank inlet equals T1
(assuming a generator with adequate power).
2) Power and continuous DHW production from 10°C up to T2.
3) Available DHW volume for the first ten minutes and for the first hour, taking into account storage
at 60°C, domestic water inlet at 10°C, and distribution at 45°C.
4) Non-concentrated water.

The anode must be inspected upon startup and then at regular intervals; the frequency of wear inspections will depend on operating conditions and water quality. Worn
anodes must be replaced.
