DHW storage and buffer tank with removable heat exchanger for solar systems or heat pumps

Function:

Designed for the production and storage of DHW, it is suitable for public buildings and industrial or collective installations. Heat exchange is ensured by an innovative nickel-plated
copper spiral heat exchanger. The spiral is equipped with fins to increase the heat exchange surface area. It is installed on the manhole, and the unit is delivered fully
assembled. It is particularly suitable for solar systems or heat pumps.
The tank can be connected to electric backup heaters.

Construction:

  • Body: Carbon steel, with powder coating on the exterior and Polywarm lining on the interior. Polywarm is highly flexible, impact-resistant, and has a Certificate of Sanitary Compliance
  • Insulation: Pre-installed as standard, M1 grade. The unit features a cooling constant in accordance with RT 2012. The access hatch is also insulated to M1 grade, as are the top and bottom panels
  • Hygiene: The tanks are equipped with a directional stainless steel cold water inlet to bring the domestic water to the lowest point for optimal stratification. A large opening is provided for cleaning and inspection (manhole).
  • Drainage: Drain plug at the bottom.

The anode must be inspected upon startup and then at regular intervals; the frequency of wear inspections will depend on operating conditions and water quality.
Consumed anodes must be replaced.
