In a multi-unit building equipped with a central boiler room, the C.I.C. system ensures that residents receive only the energy they actually need.
The room thermostat in each apartment opens or closes the directional valve according to the desired comfort temperature.
The AUTOFLOW flow regulator ensures the flow rate—and thus the amount of heat available in each apartment loop—regardless of the demand from other occupants.
Installations can be configured using 2-way valves or 3-way valves with an integrated return tee.
