EVOPLUS DN 100 Circulator for District Heating and Cooling Systems, Cast Iron with Flanges

EVOPLUS ERP cast iron flanged DN 100 single or dual circulators for heating and air conditioning, with electronic speed control.

Low energy consumption, compliant with European Directives 2013 and 2015 ErP 2009/125/EC.

All functions are built-in, with no additional modules required. Operating
modes: Constant pressure, proportional pressure, or constant speed.
Supplied with insulation casing, automatic degassing, maximum torque start-up, and nighttime speed reduction function. Electrical connection without removing the terminal block.

Application:

EVOPLUS electronic circulators are suitable for heating, fan coil, and air conditioning systems.

Technical data:

  • Operating range: 3 to 75 m³/h for head heights up to 12 meters.
  • Fluid temperature range: -10 °C to +110 °C.
  • Pumped fluid: clean, free of solid contaminants and mineral oils, non-viscous, chemically neutral, with properties similar to water (max. glycol content 30%).
  • Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar (1600 kPa).
  • Standard flanges: DN 100, PN 16.
  • Minimum suction pressure: values in the corresponding tables.
  • Electromagnetic compatibility: EVOPLUS circulators comply with standard EN 61800-3, category C2 for electromagnetic compatibility.
  • Electromagnetic emissions: residential environments (containment measures may be necessary in some cases).
  • Directed emissions: residential environments (containment measures may be necessary in some cases).

Heating and air conditioning systems:

Heating requirements vary significantly throughout the day and night depending on ambient temperature and occupancy patterns.
This variability can be exacerbated by the differing needs of various rooms, as well as the opening or closing of different circuits in more complex systems.
The use of electronic submersible pumps ensures, in most installations—provided they are properly sized—sufficient power combined with reduced noise emissions, increased comfort, and a significant reduction in operating costs.
EVOPLUS electronic circulators are also suitable for HVAC systems where the temperature of the pumped fluid is lower than the ambient temperature. In such cases, condensation tends to form on the circulator’s exterior surface without compromising the operation of the electronic and mechanical components. The unit is designed and sized to allow condensation to drain away without damaging the structure.
Easy to use and equipped with an intuitive control panel featuring a display that constantly shows the selected mode, EVOPLUS circulators can operate in three different control modes.
