  • Air venting via an integrated automatic float-type air vent.
  • DISCALDIRT units are equipped with a lower port (B) for flushing, as well as a valve at the top (A) to allow air to be purged during filling and flushing operations.

Construction:

  • 1½" or 2" steel body
  • With magnetic ring.

  • EPDM gaskets

Installation:

Must be installed on a horizontal pipe

Operating principle:

The DISCAL utilizes the combined effects of several physical principles: A generously sized body that reduces the flow velocity of the water, a stainless steel grid to which microbubbles attach, and a venting mechanism with a needle valve ("above water") for complete evacuation of the collected air
