DIRTMAG MINI Multi-Position Settling Tank

Function:

The DIRTMAG MINI sediment trap separates impurities from heating and cooling systems, primarily protecting the circulator and the boiler’s heat exchanger. The removable magnet support rod traps ferrous impurities, while the filter traps other impurities. Given its compact dimensions, this sediment trap is specially designed for installation under wall-mounted boilers and in tight spaces. Impurities can be drained while the system is in operation. The special arrangement of the inlets allows for vertical or horizontal installation depending
on requirements.

Maximum glycol content: 30%.

The DIRTMAGMINI® magnetic settling tank filters, separates, and retains impurities present in the system through the dual action of filtration and settling. Ferrous impurities are retained inside the housing by a removable magnet. To remove these impurities, simply open the drain valve. The flow rate of the fluid coming from the system is slowed down, allowing even the finest particles that the filter does not retain to be separated and settled so they do not re-enter the circulation. The special shape of the bottom facilitates the concentration and removal of accumulated impurities.
