DIRTMAGCLEAN Magnetic Settling Tank Filter for Centralized and Tertiary Treatment

Function:

The DIRTMAGCLEAN magnetic settling filter cleans the system fluid by forcing it through the filter elements, thereby progressively and completely separating impurities from the heating system. Ferrous particles are separated by magnets installed on the surface of the filter elements. It helps prevent potential operational issues with the heating system’s components and control valves. The DIRTMAGCLEAN features a cleaning and drainage program for its internal components, available in two versions: automatic and manual.

The automatic system uses an electronic controller for all operational phases—cleaning, filling, and draining—and can be remotely managed via a BMS system using the MODBUS-RTU protocol.
In the manual version, cleaning is performed periodically, once the circuit is closed, using high-pressure nozzles, with simultaneous rotation via the handwheel. The fluid is then drained along with the impurities, and operation resumes normally.
