Function:

The DISCAL automatic degasser completely removes air from heating and air conditioning systems. It acts on dissolved microbubbles, allowing the system to operate perfectly, eliminating noise and removing the risk of corrosion.

Range: up to DN 300, please consult us.

Supplied in their insulation shell.

Construction:

  • Steel range:
  • Green lacquered steel body with PN 16 flanges from DN 50 to DN 100, in an insulated shell
  • Stainless steel internal grid
  • EPDM gaskets
  • Supplied in their insulation shell

Functional characteristics:

  • Maximum operating pressure 10 bar
  • Temperature range 0 / 110°C
  • Fluid: water, water + glycol (max. 50%)
  • Air evacuation via an integrated automatic float valve system.

Operating principle:

DISCAL combines several physical principles: A large body that reduces the speed of water circulation, A stainless steel grid to which microbubbles attach, A bleed mechanism with a needle valve for excellent evacuation of collected gas.

Maximum glycol content: 50%.
