Flow rate adjustment is performed by a ball valve (1) controlled by a shaft (2). Flow
rate monitoring is performed by a flow meter (3) mounted in a bypass on the valve body. This bypass is not flushed during system operation.
During reading, the flow rate is indicated by the position of a metal ball (4) that moves within a transparent tube (5) along a graduated scale (6). Balancing
operations are greatly simplified by direct reading and the ability to adjust the flow rate immediately, without special equipment.
The shutter (1), which connects the flowmeter to the valve circuit, opens easily by pulling on the ring (2). When the ring is released, the spring (3) automatically closes the passage to the bypass via the EPDM-seated check valve (4).
The ring (2) has low thermal conductivity and can be used when the conveyed fluid is at high temperatures.
The metal ball (4) that indicates the flow rate does not come into contact with the fluid passing through the flow meter during reading. It moves within a transparent cylinder (5) separate from the flow meter body. The ball is magnetically coupled (6) to the float (7).
This system allows for a transparent reading tube.
The position of the adjustment and shut-off ball is read based on the position of the notch on the operating shaft. The valve is equipped with a stop
limiting rotation to 90°

The valves can be installed in any position.
Ensure there is sufficient space for reading and flow rate adjustment operations.
It is recommended to maintain a minimum distance upstream of the valve, after an elbow or a pump, according to the attached specifications.
