Technopolymer plug:

The plug in this series of valves is made of technopolymer, a material that is particularly resistant to abrasion caused by continuous fluid flow.

Adjustment handle:

The shape of the adjustment knob is the result of ergonomic research designed to ensure maximum operator comfort and precise
adjustment.

• The multi-turn adjustment range allows for high precision in balancing hydraulic circuits.
• The graduations on the micrometric scale are clearly legible and allow for easy fine-tuning of the flow rate.
• The handle is made of corrosion-resistant technopolymer for sizes DN 65 to DN 100; for sizes DN 125 and DN 150, it is made of stamped steel with a “handwheel” design, making it easier to operate for larger sizes.

Reference scale for adjustment:

The open position is indicated by two numbered indicators:

• The revolution indicator (1) displays a red adjustment scale ranging from 0 (closed) to the maximum setting (6, 7, 10, 12, and 14 depending on the valve size). A 360° manual rotation of the handle causes the indicator to advance by one unit.
• The micrometric adjustment indicator (2) displays numbers in black from 0 to 9. Each position represents 1/10 of a turn of the valve opening/closing relative to the turn indicator (1)

Memory stop:

The valves are equipped with a setting position memory system that allows the valve to be reopened to its initial setting position after being fully closed.
Setting the position to be memorized does not require any special tools and is protected to prevent accidental operation.
Unscrew the protective cap with a screwdriver, then insert the screwdriver into the handle and tighten the internal
screw clockwise until it stops.
