X-CROSS multi-position safety group for water heaters

Application:

NF anti-pollution unit for vertical or horizontal water heaters (max 10 kW). With check valve, isolation valve and a technopolymer valve with heavy-duty seat set at 7 bar.

3/4" connection, equipped with check valve, shut-off valve and 7-bar valve in compliance with French standard EN 1487.

EN 1491-approved technopolymer valve with heavy-duty seat prevents sticking, corrosion and scale build-up. These safety groups are certified by CSTB and BELGAQUA as required by European standard EN1487.

Used on domestic hot water systems to protect storage water heaters against overpressure.

The installation of a pressure reducer set at 3 bar is recommended (R5331 reducer with swivel nut). If mains pressure exceeds 5 bar, a pressure reducer is required.
