Technical specifications:

Material: Threaded fittings are made from W400-05 or W350-04 malleable cast iron

Maximum temperature: For threaded fittings with diameters from 1/8" to 1" inclusive, the working pressure is 25 bar at an operating temperature of -20°C to +120°C. For threaded fittings with diameters from 1-1/4" to 4" inclusive, the working pressure is 16 bar at an operating temperature of -20°C to +120°C.

Thread: These fittings have a gas-tight internal thread with a thread seal. The internal thread is parallel (Rp) and the external thread is tapered (R) in accordance with ISO 7-1.

Coating:

Hot-dip galvanizing (zinc coating applied by hot-dip immersion) (If the fittings are supplied in other ferrous materials, other zinc-based coatings may be used in agreement with the buyer.)

Standards:

All malleable cast iron threaded fittings comply with standard NF EN 10242 and are ISO 9001 certified.

They also comply with the requirements of the Ministerial Decree of May 29, 1997, regarding drinking water systems; in accordance with European and international standards, malleable cast iron fittings are free of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
