Technical specifications :

Material: Threaded fittings are made from malleable iron grades W400-05 or W350-04

Maximum temperature: Threaded fittings from 1/2" to 1" 'inclusive have a working pressure of 25 bar at an operating temperature of -20°C to +120°C. For threaded connections from 1"1/4 to 4" inclusive, the working pressure is 16 bar at an operating temperature of -20°C to +120°C.

Threading: These fittings are internally threaded to the gas pitch, with a thread seal. The internal thread is parallel (Rp) and the external thread tapered (R) in accordance with ISO 7-1.

Coating :

Hot-dip galvanized (zinc coating applied by hot dipping) (If fittings are supplied in other ferrous materials, other zinc-based coatings may be used by agreement with the purchaser)

Standards :

All threaded malleable iron fittings comply with NF EN 10242 and are ISO 9001 quality-certified.

They also comply with the requirements of the French ministerial decree of May 29, 1997 on A.C.S. According to European and international standards, malleable cast-iron fittings are free of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
