Application:

  • Highly aggressive chemicals at high temperatures, hydrocarbons, aromatic solvents
  • Minimum and maximum permissible temperature Ts: -20°C to +150°C
  • Maximum permissible pressure Ps: 16 bar at 70°C up to DN150 (6 bar with internal PTFE lining)
    8 bar at 90°C from DN200 to DN300
    8 bar at 150°C up to DN150
    6 bar at 150°C from DN200 to DN300

Available as: FKM-lined expansion sleeve with steel flanges, PN10/16 from DN 25 to DN 150, PN10

Purple FKM expansion joint with flanges designed to absorb thermal expansion, vibrations, and noise in piping systems carrying highly corrosive chemicals at high temperatures, hydrocarbons, and aromatic solvents.
The body is made of silicone-free FKM, and the flanges are made of electro-galvanized steel.
The expansion joint accommodates both linear and angular compression.
Length: 130 mm for all diameters.

  • Electrogalvanized steel flanges PN10/16 up to DN150, PN10 thereafter
  • PN6, PN16, and Class 150 PN20 flanges available upon request
  • 316 stainless steel flanges available upon request
  • 316 Ti stainless steel vacuum ring available upon request (Ref. 9815050 to 9815300)
  • Internal PTFE coating available upon request (permissible movement then reduced by 50% and maximum pressure of 6 bar)
  • Burst pressure >50 bar at 20°C
  • Test pressure 25 bar at 20°C

  • Dimensions: DN50 to DN300
  • Connection: PN10/16 flanges
  • Material: Electrogalvanized steel flanges
