MTB50 Polished Chrome Mixer for Commercial Use

Polished chrome body, particularly suitable for facilities where hygiene is essential—hospitals, daycare centers, schools, etc.

Function:

The MTB thermostatic mixer, installed at the outlet of a water heater or at the inlet of communal showers (for example), delivers domestic hot water at a constant temperature. It provides high flow rates with excellent control precision.

  • Maximum inlet water temperature: 85°C
  • Recommended temperature for best performance: 65°C
  • Maximum pressure ratio between EF and EC:
    - MTB30: 5:1
    - MTB50: 2:1
  • Minimum temperature difference between return and supply water for optimal operation: 10°C
  • In the event of a cold water supply interruption, the water flow at the unit’s outlet is immediately shut off for 1/2" and 3/4" sizes. For larger sizes, the flow is limited to 4% of the initial flow rate.

  • Die-cast brass body, chrome-plated
  • Stainless steel spring
  • EPDM seals
  • Blue handle
