Solar thermostatic module for boilers with instantaneous DHW production (non-modulating boiler)

Function:

The solar tank-boiler connection module automatically manages and optimizes the use of thermal energy stored in a domestic hot water tank.
It ensures that the user always receives hot water at the set temperature, using the boiler only if the water from the solar tank is too cold.
These modules are available in two versions depending on the boiler type: with a storage tank or instantaneous.

The thermostatic kits allow for easy and automatic management of the distribution of domestic hot water produced by a solar system, with a boiler or an electric backup water heater.

Burn protection is ensured.

A thermostatic directional valve (1), located at the module’s inlet, receives hot water from the solar water heater.
Depending on the set temperature, the valve automatically directs the water between the distribution circuit and the boiler
circuit. A thermostatic device (2) controls the boiler’s inlet temperature to prevent it from cycling on and off, which can shorten its service life.
An anti-scald thermostatic mixing valve (3), located at the module’s outlet, controls the temperature of the water sent to the taps.
