Function:

The AERCAL air vent automatically removes air from radiators, protecting them from corrosion and improving efficiency. Acoustic
comfort is also maintained by eliminating "gurgling" noises

Construction:

  • Die-cast brass, nickel-plated
  • Filter to protect against impurities
  • Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar
  • Maximum discharge pressure: 6 bar
  • Maximum temperature 100°C
  • Max. glycol content 30%

Features:

The AERCAL air vent consists of a valve controlled by a needle attached to the float.
The needle opens or closes the valve depending on the water level in the radiator.
Excess air is automatically and continuously removed.
The AERCAL air vent is suitable for all radiator models.
The hygroscopic plug ensures complete safety against potential water leaks.
Quick-mounting gasket for 1" connections.

Installation:

The air vent must be installed so that the hygroscopic plug is vertical.
