Applications:

  • Class 2: 10 bar – Domestic hot water supply (and domestic cold water supply at 20°C / 10 bar)
  • Class 4: 10 bar – Low-temperature radiators, underfloor heating
  • Class 5: 6 bar – High-temperature radiators
  • "Chilled water" class: 10 bar

Technical specifications:

  • Brass body = CuZn35Pb2AI-C
  • Sleeve = X5CrNi18-10 stainless steel
  • O-ring = EPDM
  • Minimum crimping force = 32 kN

Installation:

The fitting consists of:

  • a body consisting of an insert with an EPDM O-ring designed to receive the pipe and an end for connecting to the system or to another pipe,
  • a ring for securing the crimp sleeve to the body, ensuring the tube is properly seated
  • a crimp sleeve that compresses the tube onto the insert through mechanical deformation

Pipe assembly must be performed using the tools recommended by the manufacturer and in the following order:

  • Cut the tube with a tube cutter
  • Deburr and calibrate the tube
  • Insert the tube into the fitting until it stops
  • Place the assembly to be crimped into the tool head and close the head
  • Engage the clamping mechanism, and press the button to release the crimped assembly
