Applications:
- Class 2: 6 bar - Domestic hot water supply (and domestic cold water 20 °C / 10 bar)
- Class 4: 6 bar – Low-temperature radiators, underfloor heating,
- Class 5: 6 bar - High-temperature radiators,
- "Chilled water" class: 10 bar
Technical specifications:
- Cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb) pipe
- Thermal expansion 0.14 mm/m·K
- Thermal conductivity 0.41 W/m·K
- PE-HD jacket
To secure the pre-jacketed pipe (single or double) to the concrete slab, use FIXATUB plastic clamps, at a rate of one clamp per meter on average.
Be sure to take expansion and contraction into account during the design and installation of the system.
The pipes must be able to expand freely without causing damage to supports, fittings (especially valves), and wall penetrations (when pipes are installed exposed or in conduits).
You must:
- Either ensure that the pipes are guided to a fixed point
- Or allow for free movement of the pipes between two connections
