The sleeves are welded every 60 cm and can be detached as needed.
The translucent sleeve, which is just as durable, provides the user with better visibility of the product’s features and markings.

Applications:

  • Class 2: 6 bar – Domestic hot water supply (and domestic cold water 20 °C / 10 bar)
  • Class 4: 6 bar – Low-temperature radiators, underfloor heating,
  • Class 5: 6 bar – High-temperature radiators,
  • "Chilled Water" Class: 10 bar

Technical specifications:

  • Cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) tubing
  • Coefficient of thermal expansion 0.16 mm/m·K
  • Thermal conductivity 0.35 W/m·K
  • Translucent HDPE sheath
  • Sheath welded every 60 cm and detachable

To secure the pre-sheathed pipe (single or double) to the concrete slab, use FIXATUB plastic clamps, at a rate of one clamp per meter on average.

Be sure to take expansion and contraction into account during the design and installation of the system. Pipes must be able
to expand freely without causing damage to supports, fittings (especially valves), and wall penetrations (when pipes are installed exposed or in conduits).

You must:

  • Either ensure that the pipes are guided to a fixed point
  • Or allow for free movement of the pipes between two connections
