For part numbers PERPB1650C9, PERPR1650C9, PERPB2050C9, and PERPR2050C9, the rings are shipped without individual protective packaging

Applications:

  • Class 2: 6 bar - Domestic hot water supply (and domestic cold water 20 °C / 10 bar)
  • Class 4: 6 bar – Low-temperature radiators, underfloor heating,
  • Class 5: 6 bar – High-temperature radiators,
  • "Chilled water" class: 10 bar

Technical specifications:

  • Cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb) pipe
  • Thermal expansion 0.14 mm/m·K
  • Thermal conductivity 0.41 W/m·K
  • PE-HD sheath
  • 9 mm polypropylene foam insulation λ = 0.040 W/m·K

Be sure to take expansion and contraction into account during the design and installation of the system. Pipes must be able
to expand freely without causing damage to supports, fittings (especially valves), and wall penetrations (when pipes are installed exposed or in conduits).

It is necessary to:

  • Either ensure that the pipes are guided to a fixed point
  • Or allow for free movement of the pipes between two connections
