Function:

This tap allows you to continue drawing water during periods when there is a real but not continuous risk of frost (at the beginning and end of winter).
It is recommended that you turn off the water supply during periods of persistent frost.

Use:

The antifreeze safety device prevents ice from forming in the domestic water circuit, thus avoiding damage to storage
tanks and pipes in domestic water and irrigation systems.
The antifreeze device prevents the water in the pipes from freezing by automatically draining it when the outside temperature
falls below the operating threshold.

  • Water supply and distribution networks, irrigation
  • Minimum permissible temperature Ts: -30°C (outside temperature)
  • Maximum permissible temperature Ts: +90°C
  • Outside temperature at which the antifreeze system activates: +3°C
  • Outside temperature for closing the antifreeze system: +4°C
  • Brass body, chrome-plated, steel handle,
  • Hook for bucket.

The room upstream of the tap must be frost-free.

  • Operating temperature range: 0 / 65°C
