3-way directional zone valve, to be fitted with the TE220SCF electrothermal actuator and its detachable fittings

Function:

Zone valves automatically direct the heat transfer fluid within heating circuits.
When paired with an electrothermal actuator controlled by a room thermostat, they automatically shut off the portion of the hydraulic circuit that is not in use.
These zone valves are designed to control small circuits or heat emitters directly.

Operating principle:

At the request of the room thermostat, the electrothermal head opens or closes the zone valve.
The valve opens under the action of the expandable wax thermostatic element, controlled directly by a PTC resistor, which automatically limits the flow rate to maintain the set temperature.
When de-energized, the device is "normally closed"
