Description:

Reservation boxes are used to create openings for embedding in reinforced concrete slabs. The PBOX protects conduits awaiting connection to plumbing/heating supply lines, while the PBOXXL protects conduits awaiting connection to heating manifolds or boilers.

Available in:

Small Box

  • Dimensions: 20 x 15 cm, height 17 cm.
  • Pre-drilled holes: 4 x Ø 40 mm (20 x 17 cm side) and 2 x Ø 40 mm (15 x 17 cm side).

Large Box

  • Dimensions: 20 x 50 cm (height 17 cm).
  • Pre-drilled holes: 6 x 40 mm (20 x 50 cm side) and 4 x 40 mm (15 x 17 cm side).

Applications:

  • PBOX = for installations with 1 to 6 plumbing lines (sink, toilet, washbasin, etc.) and heating lines (radiator)
  • PBOXXL = for installation of boiler or heating manifolds

Technical specifications:

  • Material: Cellular polypropylene (PP)
  • PBOX = density 550 g, thickness 3 mm
  • PBOXXL = density 650 g, thickness 3.5 mm
  • Pre-drilled holes: Ø40 mm
  • Flat-packed

Installation:

  • The box is delivered flat-packed and assembles in less than 20 seconds
  • It is then placed directly onto the welded mesh
  • Securing the box to the welded mesh is facilitated by notches on the cover
  • The conduits are then installed (non-return system)
  • The slab is then poured
  • Open the box, route and connect the supply lines
  • For installation on precast slabs: secure with a metal strap from the inside of the box
