Technical specifications:

The kit contains :
  • a refractometer
  • pipette
  • calibration screwdriver
  • calibration screwdriver
  • instructions for use.

Instructions for use :

  • Use the pipette to apply a few drops of your facility's propylene glycol water to the prism.
  • Close the lid so that the solution spreads evenly over the prism.
  • Wait a few seconds and focus the eyepiece on the demarcation line (see photo opposite).
  • Use the right-hand scale (propylene glycol) for solar systems. Concentration is given by the line of demarcation.
