Applications:

Low-energy-consumption electronic pump for water circulation in all types of residential heating and air conditioning systems. Operating
range: 0.4–3.6 m³/h with head heights up to 6.9 m

  • Pumped fluid: Clean, free of solids and traces of mineral oil, non-viscous, chemically neutral, similar to water (max. 30% glycol)

EVOSTA 2 is a new range of DAB circulators that combines the robustness of mechanical circulators with the advantages of electronic models. The permanent magnet synchronous motor, frequency converter, and EEI efficiency rating ≤ 0.18, combined with IPX5 protection and an integrated drain plug, make EVOSTA 2 one of the best products in its class in terms of efficiency and reliability. The EVOSTA 2 circulator range is ideal for replacing older three-speed circulators, thanks to both its compact dimensions and its comprehensive features. The product also simplifies the installer’s work with its single sequential adjustment button and direct access to the motor shaft for potential unblocking.

Pump body made of cataphoretic-coated cast iron and a wet rotor motor. Motor housing made of stainless steel, impeller made of technopolymer. Ceramic motor shaft mounted on ceramic bearings lubricated by the pumped liquid. Stator and rotor sleeves and end cap made of stainless steel. Thrust ring made of graphite. Sealing rings made of EPDM and air vent plug made of brass. Thanks to the motor’s internal protection, the pump requires no additional surge protection.

The operating modes of the EVOSTA 2 circulators can be changed using the control panel located on the cover of the electronic control unit. The pump offers 12 configuration options that can be selected using the MODE button. The pump settings are indicated by six LED segments on the display.
