CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:

Cast iron pump body with cataphoretic coating and wet rotor motor. Steel motor housing, technopolymer impeller. Ceramic motor shaft mounted on ceramic bearings lubricated by the pumped liquid. Stator and rotor sleeves and sealing flange made of stainless steel. Graphite thrust ring. EPDM sealing rings and brass air vent plug. Thanks to the motor’s internal protection, the pump requires no form of overload protection.

CONTROL PANEL:

The functions of the EVOSTA 2 SOL circulators can be modified via the control panel located on the cover of the electronic control unit. The pump has nine configuration options, which can be selected using the MODE button.

The pump settings are indicated by six illuminated segments on the display. The EVOSTA SOL PWM version can be controlled by an external control unit using a digital PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal. The setpoint of the control curve—which can be of the pressure-proportional or
constant-speed type
—is adjusted via the duty cycle of the applied PWM signal in accordance with VDMA Standard 24244 “Wet runner circulating pumps – Specification of PWM
control signals.”
Additionally, a PWM signal output from the board indicates the operating status of the circulator, as shown below
