Complete temperature raising kit with motorized 3-way valves

Hydraulic unit operation during the different combustion phases:

1. HEATING PHASE: Water circulates between the boiler and the hydraulic unit as the boiler temperature rises.
2. LOADING PHASE: The mixing valve begins to open at the set temperature, allowing the return water from the storage tank to mix with the flow water before returning to the boiler. The return temperature to the boiler is kept constant.
3. FINAL PHASE: The mixing valve is fully opened against the storage tank. The result is optimum heat transfer from the boiler, with the pump's full capacity used to evacuate water from the boiler and charge the storage tank. When the boiler has cooled down, the electronic controller prevents reverse circulation from the storage tank to the boiler.
4. THERMOSIPHON CIRCULATION: In the event of power or circulator failure, the electronic controller can be manually adjusted, and the storage tank can be charged using gravity or thermosiphon circulation.
