523 Thermostatic Centralized Mixer for Multi-Unit Buildings

Function:

The MT523 thermostatic mixer, installed at the tank outlet, delivers domestic hot water at a constant temperature. It provides high flow rates with excellent control precision.

  • Adjustable mixed water temperature from 30 to 65°C (from 36 to 60°C for 1-1/2" and 2" models)
  • Field-serviceable cartridge for maintenance (*flow rate at 1 bar differential pressure)

With anti-scald safety feature; total shut-off of mixed water flow for 3/4" models.
Above this size, flow is limited to 4% of the nominal flow rate.

The thermostatic mechanism of the 523 mixer valve operates a double valve and allows for high flow rates.
The temperature can be precisely adjusted across the flow range. The control mechanism is housed in a removable cartridge. This makes maintenance extremely easy.
