Class 2: 10 bar – Domestic hot water supply (and domestic cold water supply at 20°C / 10 bar)
Class 4: 10 bar – Low-temperature radiators, underfloor heating
Class 5: 6 bar – High-temperature radiators
"Chilled water" class: 10 bar

Technical specifications:

Plastic body = PPSU
Sleeve = X5CrNi18-10 stainless steel
O-ring = EPDM
Minimum crimping force = 32 kN

"ALPEX DUO" system with a 10-year warranty on pipes and fittings

Type F crimping
die Compatible with TH and B dies from Ø16 to Ø32 only

Installation:

The fitting consists of:

a body consisting of an insert with an EPDM O-ring designed to receive the pipe and an end for connecting to the system or to another pipe,
a ring for securing the crimp sleeve to the body, ensuring the tube is properly seated
a crimp sleeve that compresses the tube onto the insert through mechanical deformation

Pipe assembly must be performed using the tools recommended by the manufacturer and in the following order:

Cut the tube with a tube cutter
Deburr and calibrate the tube
Insert the tube into the fitting until it stops
Place the assembly to be crimped into the tool head and close the head
Engage the clamping mechanism, and press the button to release the crimped assembly
