Thermostatic valve with horizontal plunger, M 23 x 1.5 loop connection + manual head

Function:

This valve is supplied in a single-pipe installation version. It can be installed with wall or floor loop connections. Supplied with a manual head, which can be replaced with any Thermador head (see FT TTC instructions).

PLEASE NOTE: Specific loop connections not in: M 23 x 1.5 (see bottom of page or click here)
The adapter ring is required for mounting thermostatic heads.

Construction:

  • Chrome-plated brass body
  • Internal components made of brass and stainless steel
  • 30 cm brass probe
  • Supplied with white ABS manual head
  • Resin probe holder
  • Single-pipe or double-pipe. 30 cm probe
  • 23 x 1.5 fittings. Center distance 40 mm
  • Supplied with manual head

Functional characteristics:

  • Maximum pressure: 10 bar
  • Maximum temperature: 200°C
  • Maximum differential pressure (with thermostatic head): 1 bar
  • Connection: 23p. 1.5 diameter 18, center distance 40 mm
  • Total length with thermostatic head: 147 mm
  • For single-pipe version:
    • Flow rate from tap to radiator: 50%
    • With thermostatic head (2°C proportional band): 30%

Installation:

Single-pipe application:
The position of the thermostatic head in line with the body allows the bulb to react accurately to changes in ambient temperature.
There is no mandatory flow direction for loop connections.

Two-pipe application:
For two-pipe installation, it is preferable to supply via the connection closest to the radiator.
To isolate the heating element, close the angle valve and the valve with a 5 mm hex key.
