LUG XOMOX Butterfly Valve, PFA-coated cast iron body, PN10

Application:

XOMOX PFA-lined butterfly valve with threaded lugs for shutting off or regulating fluids in chemical and pharmaceutical systems, petrochemical industries, and vacuum applications.
Low operating torque allows for the use of compact actuators. PTFE sealing
ring covering the shaft and protecting it against corrosion.

  • Chemical and pharmaceutical industries, petrochemical industries, and vacuum systems
  • Minimum and maximum permissible temperatures Ts: -20°C to +200°C
  • Maximum allowable pressure Ps: 16 bar up to DN150, 10 bar above that (see curve)
  • Maximum differential pressure: 10 bar for all DN sizes

Available in:

  • PFA-coated cast iron butterfly valve with threaded lugs, handle-operated, PN10/16, from DN50 to DN150
  • PFA-coated cast iron butterfly valve with threaded lugs, operated by a handwheel-operated gear reducer, PN10, from DN200 to DN400

  • Inner bearing sleeve for optimal corrosion resistance
  • Fugitive emissions EN 15848-1:2006 and TA LUFT VDI 2440
  • Monoblock stem and disc combined with an anti-ejection system (API 609 compliant)
  • Wide PFA sleeve protecting the FKM cores
  • Motorizable (ISO 5211 mounting plate)
  • PTFE sealing ring on the shaft providing corrosion protection
  • Model with threaded holes (Lug)
  • Between flanges PN10/16 up to DN150, PN10 beyond
  • Cast iron GS handle, padlockable, 8-position ratchet up to DN150
  • Orange RAL2009 polyurethane (PUR) paint, 80–100 μm thick
