Application:

LYNX RFP cast iron triple-function automatic air vent with reduced flow combined with a high-performance monoblock body featuring an integrated rapid-fill prevention system.

Allows air to escape when the pipe is being filled, eliminates the buildup of pressurized air during operation, and allows large volumes of air to enter in the event of drainage or a pipe rupture to prevent negative pressure from developing. During the air venting phase, if the velocity and pressure differential increase excessively, the RFP water hammer arrestor closes. This reduces the outlet flow rate and prevents a rapid influx of water, which could cause the moving parts to close abruptly, resulting in water hammer. Entirely made of ductile iron, with a degassing system and a stainless steel seat, the LYNX 3F-RFP air vent stands out for its reliability and durability.
