ESM 87 W - ACS-approved normally open (NO) brass solenoid valve with assisted diaphragm

The ESM 87 W solenoid valve is a 2/2-way brass solenoid valve with a normally open (NO) assisted diaphragm, specifically designed for drinking water (certified).

The ESM 87 W version, available in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" sizes, can be used for the automatic isolation of drinking water systems. It is ACS-approved.

Features: 

The ESM 87 is a 2/2-way solenoid valve with a non-coupled diaphragm for the automatic isolation of common fluid systems such as water, air, inert gases, etc. Constructed with a brass body and stainless steel core and internal parts, the diaphragm is available in various materials. Normally open operation with a differential pressure of 0.3 bar.           

The ESM 87 W 1/2", 3/4", and 1" versions are ACS-certified for drinking water.   

Recommendation:

If the solenoid valve is used in a humid environment or in a refrigerant system, there is a risk of condensation between the coil and the core. This phenomenon can cause damage to the coil. Please contact us for alternative solutions.

If the system fluid is susceptible to freezing, provide a suitable solenoid valve heating system.
