LEGIOMIX 2.0 Temperature Control Unit

Function:
The hybrid electronic mixer combines the functionality of a thermostatic mixer with the efficiency of electronic control in a single unit. The mixer uses the mechanical action of the internal thermostatic element to respond quickly to any changes in temperature, pressure, and flow rate, ensuring a stable mixed water temperature. In addition to this thermostatic control, a motorized actuator adjusts the setting position based on
readings from the mixed water temperature sensor. The electronic controller manages mixed water temperature during normal operation as well as during thermal disinfection phases to prevent bacterial growth.
An archiving system (optional) continuously records the supply and return temperatures, alarms, and operational statuses used for monitoring the system. Various relays enable the management of alarms
and external devices. The controller is designed for remote management via the Modbus communication protocol (optional), which can be operated by a building management system (BMS).

  • Regulator on a three-way valve for the supply temperature of the domestic hot water system.
  • Two-temperature-level mixing valve, thermal shock programming, and data logging
