Complete LEGIOFLOW Multifunction Unit

Function:

In domestic hot water distribution systems, the LEGIOFLOW multifunction unit controls the temperature of the mixed water and enables thermal disinfection all the way to the taps.
The LEGIOFLOW unit can be supplied on its own or in a built-in cabinet, complete with its EC/EF distribution manifolds.

The LEGIOFLOW multifunction unit ensures a safe delivery temperature for domestic hot water, protecting users from the risk of scalding

Features:

  • Thermostatic mixer with anti-scald safety feature, adjustable by a professional
  • Adjustment range: 30–50°C
  • Factory preset to 43°C
  • Accuracy: +/- 2°C
  • Maximum cold water temperature 85°C
  • Maximum pressure ratio
  • EF/EC - EC/EF 2:1
  • Minimum temperature difference between hot and cold water for proper operation 15°C
  • Minimum flow rate for stable operation 6 l/min
  • Complies with standards: NF 079 doc8, EN 1111, EN 1287

Composition and operation:

A high-performance adjustable thermostatic mixer (1) maintains the hot water temperature at the selected value and protects users from any risk of scalding.
A special bypass valve (2) allows for thermal disinfection of the circuit up to the faucets, in accordance with regulations for Legionella control.
(Standard delivery includes a manual valve that can be controlled by an electric head)
The valve can be controlled by an electrothermal head, operated by a lockable programmer (3). The disinfection duration is
adjustable from 1 to 12 minutes.
