Sertigliss Female 1/2" Crimp-On Wall Outlet

Description:

Radial-type brass press fitting for synthetic PEX or PB pipes. Dimensions: 12x1.1 – 16x1.5 – 20x1.9 and 25x2.3 (S=5 series pipes according to ISO 4065). Inserted into a plastic housing. The outlet is 1/2" gas thread (BSP) in all cases.

Applications:

  • Class 2: 6 bar - Domestic hot water supply (and domestic cold water supply at 20 °C / 10 bar)
  • Class 4: 6 bar - Low-temperature radiators, underfloor heating,
  • Class 5: 6 bar - High-temperature radiators,
  • "Chilled water" class: 10 bar

Technical specifications:

  • The various components of the fittings are made of turned or die-cast brass, designated CW614 and CW617, respectively.
  • The crimp sleeve is made of stainless steel.

Installation:

The assembly process involves compressing the plastic tube between a fluted insert and a stainless steel ring through mechanical deformation using a crimping tool and a set of jaws. Flaring
and crimping operations must only be performed using specific tools. The PINPFL000000000 or PINK20000000000 electro-hydraulic crimping machines and their accessories are recommended for performing the assembly.
